Welcome to our website.

Churches Regional Commission for Yorkshire and the Humber (CRC) is a Christian organisation that is proactive with public bodies and faith partners in promoting regeneration in the region.

The government's consultation on the Sub-National Review is summarised with a CRC briefing paper.

These pages are designed to provide online information on CRC’s activities in culture, interfaith, social inclusion, rural renaissance, church tourism and other regeneration activity in Yorkshire and the Humber. There is also an introduction to CRC, its partners, and faith in our region. There are also publications which are free to download.

CRC also provides a diversity training package called Faith Matters that aims to develop an understanding of faith and to respond to new equality legislation on faith and belief.

The latest event CRC have held, jointly with Faithworks, is the launch of the Effective Christian Presence and Enterprise report - looking at what makes lasting transformation in communities. There is an executive summary, the full report, as well as case studies about some of the nineteen projects we worked with. Please download them and continue the conversation by contacting Faithworks or CRC.
