CRC is made up of a Leeds-based executive team including Chief Executive Revd Liz Carnelley, David Thompson (Treasures Revealed Development Officer), Tracy Needham, (Treasures Revealed Project Co-ordinator), David Slater (Deputy Chief Exec and Development Manager), Janet Bryer (Administration and Finance Officer). Rural Development Officers, Bob Baker, Graham Bulmer and Pauline Broadwith are supported by Clare Wise based at the Thirsk office and manage the Farming and Rural Business Project. Strategic direction and policy for CRC is provided by a Commission of up to 25 members appointed by church leaders and ecumenical bodies. They provide a consistent focus for CRC’s work as well as critical experience and knowledge.

The Board, elected by the Commission, manages the business side of the organisation, whilst a further thirty or more people contribute as members of one of our Task Groups.

CRC also benefit from a wider structure of accountability through the Church Leaders’ Regional Reference Group made up of representatives of the highest level from Christian denominations within the region. They provide strategic advice on church priorities and guidance and feedback on CRC activities.
